He is everywhere and knows everyone in the IM business. It is because he is not afraid of taking risks and is willing to put himself out there to share his knowledge with and to network with. He is very up front and transparent as well as willing to help people he doesn't know yet. That is how he gets "out there", he just takes a lot of action. He meets people by helping others, and by helping and meeting others it comes back around to him by being known and established as a go to guy for seminars and getting traffic to a site.
